VJ spent the entire lunchtime practicing shooting his water bottle through basketball hoop to get it to land on rim of hoop. Clearly he was very impressed with himself when he nailed the shot. I was very impressed too.

The Pink Panther



Point England School have been doing a huge push on picking up rubbish and putting it into the right bin. Thanks to Mr Vogt and Miss Scanlan who have been teaching our students the art of recycling. Our movie is in celebration of keeping our school clean.

Chalk Drawings

We are doing Visual Arts for our Inquiry for Term 4. Team 3 are painting cultural art. Each student will be given a square on a board and they will have to design a piece of cultural art. we did some practice with chalk. Great fun afternoon. Below are just some samples of the many drawings that were completed.

SPLAT ART

As we are studying force and motion we decided to do some Splat Art. The students got cotton balls and standing on chairs dropped them from great heighs to get some great splats. Then they used their paint brushes to make smaller splats.

Room 19's beautiful Maori Greenstone's they designed with pencil and coloured them in with pastels.
