Kara and Susan creating their own mural of butterflies and fairies and love and hearts and.....

Kara and Susan got inspired to make this mural after hearing all the students in Room 25 read their stories about fairy bread. Well done girls I can't wait to see the finished product.

Fairy Bread

Room 25 have had a busy week making fairy bread and having even more fun eating the fairy bread. Some of the students have spent all week writing a story around their fairy bread and they are awesome.  Log on to their individual blogs to check their stories out.

Welcoming the Hokulea to Point England Beach

The schools in the Manaiakalani cluster were honoured yesterday to welcome the Hokulea and the Hikianalia to Point England Beach. These voyaging canoes are sailing across Earth's oceans to promote a growing global movement toward a more sustainable world. The voyage will also highlight diverse cultural and national treasures and the importance of working together to protect them.

Here are just a few snippets from an unforgettable morning.
